Other Things to Note
Ship-Shape Balcony: To maintain the building’s refined appearance, we kindly ask that no items (towels/clothing) be hung over the balcony railing.

The Coastal Breeze: We recommend keeping screen doors closed when the AC isn't running to enjoy the salt air while keeping our local seagulls at bay.

Quiet Hours: To respect the peaceful maritime atmosphere, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please notice that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests remain subject to final operational approval. In rare operational circumstances beyond our control, this service may become unavailable and any associated fees will be fully refunded.

Shared Amenities:
Pools, BBQ areas, fitness centers, and other shared outdoor facilities are in a separate building across the street, about a 5–6 minute walk from the unit and operated and maintained by the building or property management. Access may occasionally be limited due to maintenance, repairs, building regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed of any known changes and assist whenever possible, but availability of shared amenities cannot be guaranteed throughout your stay.
