Owner-Occupied Home

This home is the owner’s seasonal residence and is made available to guests during select times of the year. You may notice some personal items and décor throughout the home.



Check-In & Verification:

All guests are required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival.

We use a secure verification process to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both guests and homeowners before releasing check-in details.



This home is available exclusively for the World Cup.



Travel Insurance:

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as all reservations remain subject to the cancellation policy.



House Rules:

Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM

No parties or events

Registered guests only

Non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors)

Late check-out must be arranged in advance



Property Care & Safety:

Do not tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors

No smoking, vaping, incense, or candles

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door

Excessive cleaning (sand, stains, trash, etc.) may result in additional fees

To preserve indoor comfort, please keep doors closed while the AC is running.

This home is single-level with only a few steps at the entry.

Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note street sweeping schedules:

• One side of the street: Monday & Thursday

• Opposite side: Tuesday & Friday

• No restrictions on Wednesdays

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help maintain a peaceful environment.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.
