Perfect for families or business visitors, the home sleeps up to eight guests with a king bed in the first room, a queen and twin in the second, plus a sofa and two rollaway beds for extra comfort. Spacious, welcoming and close to major attractions. For guest privacy, the exact address is shared only after booking and the listed one is nearby.



The Space:

The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed.



For additional guests, we offer two twin rollaway beds, an air mattress upon request, and a sofa in the living room.

Our apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared for your comfort. We take pride in guest satisfaction and are always here to assist with any questions or concerns.

Your stay will not be affected as long as you follow the house rules and respect the property. If you are extremely particular or prone to frequent complaints, this may not be the right rental for you.



Guest Policy & Additional Fees:

Only guests included in your reservation are permitted. Extra guests will be charged $40 per person, per night.



No Mail or Package Deliveries Allowed.

Lost Key & Parking Permit Fees:

Lost key, garage clicker, or parking permit: $300 each.

Lockout service fee: $100.



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:

Requests must be made at least one day prior.

Fee: $50 (if available).



Late Check-In Fees:

Before midnight: $50

After midnight: $100

Late check-out until 12:00 PM: $50
