Ringhörig und Haare auf dem Bett
Checkin war makellos und unkompliziert. Soweit so gut. Auf beiden Betten und bei den Kissen hatte es lange schwarze Haare und auch die Decke hatte Flecken. Das ging bei uns dann der Laden gleich runter. Dusche war verkrüppelt, man konnte nicht richtig zur Brause umschalten und der Abfluss vermochte nicht zu schlucken was oben rauskam. So gab es dann eher Badeathmosphäre beim Duschen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer. Es war deshalb sehr ringhörig und als dann das Paar im Nebenzimmer noch zweimal ihren Liebesakt inkl. vollem Gestöhne und Geschreie erledigten, war bei uns dann endgültig fertig mit schlafen. Frühstück war gut, gibts nichts zu meckern. Ich glaube wir hatten einfach diesmal Pech

Schönes Hotel, super Zimmer und nette Mitarbeiter. Frühstück leider nicht so lecker. Der Pool ist auch nicht so super.

Für zwei Tage okay
Wir waren 8 Nächte hier, für zwei Tage ist es okay,leider gab es Probleme mit unserem Lüfter im Bad,der nachts immer lauter wurde, was erst nach dem vierten Mal ansprechen repariert wurde. Die Rezeption ist teils mit schlecht amerikanisch sprechenden Personal besetzt, was die Verständigung noch schwerer machte. Frühstück halt amerikanisch, im Marriott Palm Desert gab es wenigsten richtiges Geschirr und Besteck, Punkt halb zehn ging das Licht beim Buffet aus, macht das Frühstück auch ungemütlich. Das parken für 19dollar ist normal in der Gegend, leider schaffte die Rezeption mir den Betrag doppelt ab zu buchen. Plus ist die Lage, nur zehn Minuten über die Brücke und man ist im Geschehen und Social Events dreimal die Woche im Hotel sind nett, umsonst Snacks, Bier und Wein. Sonst sehr sauber die Zimmer und schön groß.

Right on the river, we we're able to kill time w some nice walks. We could see the cruise port from our bed. If I find myself in long beach again we will book.

Friendly and welcoming staff across the hotel. A complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise, the only downside is that there are no facilities immediately around the hotel. It is, however, 20 minutes walk across the bridge to Long Beach.

Front desk staff was great. Very welcoming and accommodating when we asked to check in early and later asked for them to hold our luggage after checkout. Red bus/Passport route stops at the hotel which made for free rides to and from Shoreline Village.

The property was hard to get to. Our driver that lived in California struggled to figure out how to get to this property. We had a friend who came to pick us up for dinner and struggled to get to this property. It was a great hotel but terrible to get to.

We stayed one night before our cruise. Hotel is very clean with large rooms, kitchens with full fridge and great views of the port. Staff is friendly and check-in was seamless. There was a good variety of options for breakfast.

Ceiling light fixture leaked onto the kitchen floor overnight and I slipped in a puddle I couldn’t see. The staff was friendly but they didn't do anything but remove my parking for 1 day for me slipping in a puddle of water that leaked from their light fixture. I also took a video. As far as views it’s beautiful at night, but there was also a lot of trash in the harbor and it looked disgusting to view during the daytime.

Merissa at the check in desk was fantastic! We waited a little longer for an 11th floor suite which had amazing views. She took great care of us. All staff were just on top of their game. Highly recommended.
