Spanning approximately 1,200 square feet across two levels above the garage, the home is designed to feel open and inviting. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and natural light, creating a relaxed space to unwind after a day at the beach including a couch, chair, and recliner, is centered around a smart TV, while window seating adds a quiet place to relax.



The dining area seats six and connects seamlessly to the living space, making it easy to gather and enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A gas range and island seating for two provide both functionality and a casual dining option.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home, including all living areas, bedrooms, and balconies.

Owner-Occupied Home

This home is the owner’s seasonal residence and is made available to guests during select times of the year. You may notice some personal items and décor throughout the home.

All guests are required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. A secure verification process is required before access details are released.



Travel Insurance:

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as all reservations remain subject to the cancellation policy.

Booking Policies:

Age Requirement: All guests staying at the property must be 25 years of age or older. At this time, the home is not suitable for children, and guests under 25 are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



Coastal Living:

Being near the ocean, you may notice salt air, sand, and occasional humidity. Opening windows helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment.



Neighborhood Context:

Manhattan Beach is an active coastal community, and there may be daytime construction nearby. Evenings remain quiet.



Accessibility:

This home includes multiple levels and stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Temporary Parking Update (August 24–September 2): Please note that the garage will not be available for guest parking during these dates. Guests may park on the designated brick parking area directly outside the garage.

The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device to help maintain a peaceful environment. (This device does not record conversations.)



Arrival & Departure:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.



No Commercial Filming or Professional Content Creation

This property is for residential lodging purposes only. Commercial filming, professional photography, promotional shoots, influencer/brand content, music videos, or organized content production are not permitted without prior written approval from the Host.



Professional cameras used as part of an organized shoot, ring lights, studio lighting, tripods, backdrops, production equipment, crew members, models, talent, or similar production setups require advance written permission from the Host.



Casual personal photos and videos taken by registered guests are permitted.



No unregistered guests or visitors. Only guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property unless approved in writing by the Host.



No unauthorized or undeclared pets. All pets must be properly disclosed and approved in accordance with the listing's pet policy and Airbnb requirements. Applicable service-animal rules will be honored.



Do not tamper with property equipment. Guests may not disconnect, disable, unplug, cover, move, or otherwise interfere with Wi-Fi/network equipment, permitted exterior security devices, smart-home devices, or other property systems.



Guests and visitors must respect our neighbors at all times. No excessive noise, disruptive activity, excessive vehicle traffic, blocked driveways, or other neighborhood disturbances.



Violations may be reported and handled in accordance with policies and applicable law.
