This elegant and tranquil cottage provides families and guests the ability to relax, enjoy the Long Beach Sunshine and unwind, without the stress of having to worry about anything! It offers a calming pool and jacuzzi, a sun room with an arcade and bar stools. The home has three cosy bedrooms and a designer kitchen with lots of bright natural light! Close to shops, and centrally located within the heart of Los Altos, best part of Long Beach!

Guests have access to the entire home. Garage closets are locked and not accessible for host access and use.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation.

PETS
>$25/night per pet
>2 pets max
>Pets must be picked up after and accompanied at all times or there be a fee
>$200 fine if pet not disclosed

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating included in booking amount
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise—including severe weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other emergencies—our cancellation policy remains in effect. Travel insurance may help protect your trip investment if an unforeseen circumstance affects your ability to travel or complete your stay. Be sure to review your policy carefully to understand what is covered.
