🌊 For your awareness, there are 3 exterior security cameras on the property — one monitoring the patio walkway to the front door, one at the exterior front entryway, and one facing the street at the front of the house. All cameras are outside only and are there to keep the property and neighborhood safe.



This home does not have central AC - it does a window unit and fans but typically relies on a strong ocean breeze to keep things cool.
