You get the energy of the city nearby, but the feeling of coming home to something calm, shaded, and creative at the end of the day.

The house is thoughtfully designed with a Creative Director and Fashion Designer’s eye. It has a collected boho-eclectic feel with vintage pieces, layered textiles, warm tones, artful details, and comfortable living spaces that feel intentional without being precious. This is not a cookie-cutter rental or a generic investment property. It feels soulful, lived-in, and easy to settle into.

Inside, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving couples, families, friends, or longer-stay guests room to spread out.

The spacious primary bedroom has a calm, boutique-hotel feel with warm colors, layered bedding, and a relaxing atmosphere. The main bathroom connects to both the primary bedroom and the living area and was recently remodeled with artisan-style zellige tile, warm modern finishes, and a laundry area with washer and dryer.

The second bedroom includes a king bed and has its own attached bathroom, which adds privacy for couples, visiting family, or guests traveling together. The third bedroom is flexible and can be prepared as either a child’s room or a workspace with desk and chair, depending on your needs. This makes the home especially useful for families, relocation stays, remote work, and longer visits.

The living areas are comfortable, bright, and full of character. There is a cozy living room for movie nights, a charming breakfast nook surrounded by windows, a character-rich kitchen with a Nespresso setup, and thoughtful design details throughout. SoFi Stadium is approximately 17 miles away, and the house is located in a neighborhood that feels much more local, relaxed, and personal than staying in a hotel-heavy part of the city.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, front yard, and back yard. The only excluded areas are two detached outdoor sheds, which are reserved for owner storage. No one else will be staying on the property during your stay.

Please note that the home is set on a small hill and surrounded by mature trees, which helps it feel quiet, private, and shaded. The living room and primary bedroom have A/C and heat. The other two bedrooms have fans. Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor entry areas only.

Normal utility use is included up to $700 per month. Any usage above that amount will be billed at actual cost with copies of utility bills provided. This helps keep the home fairly priced for longer stays while protecting against unusually high A/C, heat, water, or laundry use.
