Hairs on bathroom floor. Front desk check in is not happy at her job. Tried to ask regarding the charge for unsecure parking at an open public parking and she just ignored and did engage.

This is a really old hotel room should be upgraded. Houskeeping didn't do a very good job of vacuuming the carpet. The walls were paper thin. The people in the next room were loud till 5am. I called the front desk multiple times trying to get someone to use the luggage cart no one ever answered. I had to carry my belongings while wearing my wedding dress to my car. There was flooding on the 2nd floor unless the carpet machine broke, but there were no caution cones. I only stayed at this hotel because it was the closest to where my wedding was taking place. I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent location. Onsite restaurant which is always great. The toilet was not cleaned, which left a sour taste in my mouth. Otherwise, the stay was good for what I needed on this trip, and I would still come back due to same reason again.

Receptionist was rude. As a Hilton me member I requested late checkout. The staff forgot to add it in notes. So today at checkout I was told I had to leave by 11:45 even tho 1pm is the checkout for Hilton members. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars yearly. At double tree. No more. No more will I ver go there. The receptionist was rude. Disrespectful. Never have I felt so horrible.

Asked the room to be cleaned. When came back to the room, there was water on the floor because they had not properly shut down the water in the shower. There was no new towels provided for bath and previous towels were removed. Called the front desk and they sent us 4 dirty towels, 2 with blood stains and one with something that looked like the urine stain. Called again and this time got clean towels. Kind of disappointed.

Our room was great. The clerk was sweet and polite. Gotta love Double Tree warm chocolate chip cookies! She answered my question about our room location without batting an eye - didn't consult a map of our floor before completely misinforming me. I specifically did not want to be near any public rooms. She said, "Oh, no; it isn't. No worries." Yeh, right next to/sharing a long wall with the Fitness Center. The room was GREAT. The door comes with a covered peek-hole. I didn't have to tape a patch over it. Foyer light worked at our will - yea, rather than the bothersome energy-saving light that turns off is no one moves through it's "detection" space during the first 20 minutes it's on. Thank you Double Tree for realizing frequently folks just need extra light in the room. Bathroom door stays where you put it. Great nitelight inside. We could leave the door open just a crack or wide to air it out. We hate bathroom doors that literally spring right closed, almost causing injury. We usually must prop those open with a couple towels. Sliding doors are the

The hotel is nice and comfy I only gave it a 4 star due to they didn’t clean are room nor give us extra towels in are 2day stay

Nice room, not so nice check in
The check in was pretty easy, the room was surprisingly large. What I didn't like was the attitude about my reservation being through hotels.com. "I have to give you room 311 since you registered through a third party." I'm sorry, am I a lesser person because I need options when traveling? I needed maintenance twice (I've never needed maintenance in my life at a hotel) but they were prompt and friendly. More importantly, he fixed the one problem. The other problem was above his pay grade.
