One-story home sits in the geographic and cultural heart of Los Angeles, convenient to everything, with cosmopolitan hot spots in every direction.

Constructed with Spanish/Mission style architecture, a combination of stucco and red brick, an arched front doorway and windows, and brick front steps leading up to the home through a hedge archway, this beautiful home glows with old-world charm.

A highlight of this home is it’s City location, convenience to wide sunny sidewalks and upscale commercial environments. Delightfully, this iconic city home retains a distinctly quiet, private, and peaceful atmosphere. The home is surrounded and buffered by enchanting ivy-covered walls and tall gardenia hedges.

The stylish interior has a warm color palette of ocher and umber earth pigments. Gorgeous custom kitchen cabinets the color of pecan shell glow nearly golden in the California sunshine. Modern artwork and decor in hues of caramel, copper, russet and red enhance the sunny, warm, welcoming ambiance of this earthy, urban dream home.

Exterior/Pool & Patio Area:
The luxurious backyard pool and patio area is an amenity shared by both the main house and pool house. Both houses have beautiful french doors that open right out to this oasis.

Bougainvillea, palms, ficus trees, tropical banana trees, eucalyptus and magical ivy-covered walls and hedges add lush nature, shade and privacy to the patio area. The aquamarine pool is surrounded by natural stone-style travertine tile.

There’s a raised spa with a spillover/waterfall feature. So relaxing to hear the crystal blue water gurgling and splashing! Warm afternoons are ideal for a refreshing dip in the pool.

There are several distinct seating areas around the pool. Relax on a teak wood lounge chair under a shade umbrella and immerse yourself in a best selling novel. Sip a pool-side daiquiri and soak in the sunshine. Nap in the wide outdoor patio daybed.

After a day exploring West Hollywood or Beverly Hills, you’ll savor relaxing evenings in the steaming hot jacuzzi as purple and gold sunsets paint the skies of LA.

Main House:
The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all have queen beds, the main house can sleep 8 to 10 guests. The main house has a dazzling gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, living room, office nook, and small laundry area.

Kitchen:
This fully-equipped chef’s kitchen has granite counters, beautiful pecan/maple colored cabinets, a kitchen island with built-in wine rack, and appliances such as double convection oven and gas range with griddle, stainless steel French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.

Other kitchen accessories include; toaster oven, gourmet knife block, coffee station, blender, etc.
There’s a granite top breakfast bar with seating for two as well as kitchen breakfast table with seating for four. Sip your morning cappuccino or smoothie while gazing out at the sparkling turquoise pool and tropical flowers.
There’s a small laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

Dining room:
The formal dining room has a large mahogany table with seating for eight below a natural and rustic woven rattan-style chandelier.

Living room:
The living room boasts beautiful hardwood floors and trim, stylish and comfortable mid-century modern, ochre color leather sofas, a coffee table, gorgeous two-tone fireplace, potted plants, and a Smart TV, all below a scandinavian-style minimalist chandelier

Office:
There is a small office nook with an incredible vintage Edwardian-Style walnut roll top desk. The desk may be vintage, but the technology is not. Enjoy super fast Wi-Fi to work remotely or stream your favorite shows and movies.

Bedrooms & Baths:
The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The carpeted master bedroom has one queen bed, a small sitting area and gorgeous french doors with sheer curtains that open right out to the pool and patio area. The master has an en-suite bathroom with a granite, double-sink vanity, well lit mirrors, custom cabinets, custom-tile walk in shower and a divine, oversize soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 has one queen bed and bedroom #3 has two queen beds. All linens and bedding are sumptuous, fresh, top of the line. (Extra loor mattresses can be added, upon request, to the larger bedrooms.) Bedrooms #2 and #3 share access to a main house bathroom with a single-sink vanity, well lit mirror, gorgeous walk-in glass shower with shower seat and an oversized deep soaking tub.

Detached Pool House:
The pool house has one bedroom, one full bathroom. There are two beds in the pool house; two queen beds. (An extra floor mattress can be added, upon request.)
The pool house has tile floors, a large closet with mirrored sliding doors, and a large bathroom with tub/show combo, single-sink granite vanity, and well-lit mirror.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Pool heating/Jacuzzi is an extra $100/night. If you want the pool heated before your arrival we can send someone on our team to do so in the morning of your arrival for $100. The pool can take anywhere from 4-8 hours to get to the desired temperature depending on outside temp. Jacuzzi in about 45 mins-2 hours depending on the temperature outside. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time.

To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.

For security and to prevent unauthorized parties, please be aware there are three cameras on the property:
- Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door entrance
- Backyard facing pool
- Side entrance with a view of the side gate

Welcome to our home! We want you to have an amazing time, so we've put together some friendly tips to ensure everyone has a great stay:

1. **No smoking or parties, please!** We have a NoiseAware and Ring doorbell to help us keep things quiet and peaceful for all.

2. **Respect our neighbors.** Please keep things quiet after 10 pm, especially any music or outdoor gatherings. No swimming for groups or kids after 10 pm either.

3. **Let us know who's coming!** Please tell us the exact number of guests staying at the house and if anyone plans to visit during your stay.

4. **No fires, please!** The fireplace is just for decoration, and we're in a fire hazard zone, so no fires anywhere on the property, including smoking.

5. **Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**

6. **Keep things tidy!** Please clean up after yourself to help keep our home neat and tidy.

7. **Pool and garden care:** We have a gardener (Wednesdays) and pool service (Tuesdays and Fridays) come once a week. You can request for additional cleanings for a fee (covered by the guest) if needed. Please note that sometimes leaves and twigs might fall into the pool, especially between service days. If that happens, feel free to use the pool net to scoop them out. Thanks for helping keep things sparkling!

8. **Furry friends welcome!** We love pets, and they're welcome to join you for an extra fee of $250 per pet. Just let us know beforehand so we can approve it.

9. **Check-in and checkout times:** We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There might be an extra fee of $50 per hour.

**A friendly reminder:** While we want you to have a fantastic time, we can't be responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen during your stay. So, please be careful and have fun!

- Why does the price change? We use dynamic pricing software that changes the rates from time to time

- Can you tell me more about this Noiseaware system? Noiseaware is a gadget that alerts us when the noise level has reached its threshold. This device doesn't record video nor audio, it only notifies of the noise level inside and outside the property.

- Do you have serving dishes and utensils for large groups of people? We do have enough utensils that can serve the 16 guests max.

- Can we request for a towel change? We do not provide hotel amenities. We do supply one regular towel and one beach towel for each guest during the entire stay, we also have washing and drying machines that you're welcome to use.

- Can you explain the heating of the pool rates? The price is $100 per day, so you just need to multiply the number of nights you're staying for this rate to get a price. If you would like us to heat the pool in advance of your arrival, just add $100 to this rate.

- Is there a smoking room? / Is smoking allowed on the property? No smoking is allowed anywhere inside and outside the house, please don't smoke in the backyard/pool area, it's not allowed there either.

- How many cars can we park? You can fit 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is available but only for certain hours of days, be sure to check the street signs so you don't get towed or ticketed.

We had a great stay at this house. It was centrally located to many sites. It had great amenities as well. We took advantage of the nice big dining table since we ordered in for dinners. The owners were very responsive to plumbing issues and making sure things were addressed. We had a great time!

Stayed here with my husband and a small group of friends (2 couples, 1 single, so 5 of us total). House is a tad old fashioned but it has everything you need. Kitchen basics, a great pool, hot tub and a fantastic location in a great neighborhood. Most of all, Brooke & Greg were so responsive and helpful and it really made the whole thing super easy.
