Summary:
Brand new (construction finished Nov '21) modern townhouse with full amenities located in Del Rey, Los Angeles- mins from Venice Beach, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Santa Monica. The home is modern yet cozy, with high end appliances and brand new everything. Enjoy incredible expansive views of Los Angeles (you can even see the Hollywood sign) from the private roof terrace, equipped with a state-of-the-art retractable roof pergola and built in heaters.

The Space:
Modern yet inviting, you'll be able to relax in comfort both with the decor and the brand new amenities. The home spans 5 floors and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the 5th floor/roof being the terrace (please be aware of the stairs- if anyone in your party has any health problems that may prevent them from easily using stairs, this property is not the right fit for you). There is a private gated driveway for the building, and a private 2 car garage for your use on the property. The sofa in the living room can accommodate one more person and we will provide the bedding for you. PLEASE NOTE that it it is not a pull out sofa and does not fold into a Queen Bed.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse.

The Neighborhood:
The townhome is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It is in a gated community. There are a few coffee shops that can be reached within walking distance. Mad Lab Coffee and Lodge Bread Company bakery are a 6 minutes walk away. Venice Beach is a 15 minutes drive away and Santa Monica Pier is a 20 minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
We recommend having a car. However, it is very easy to get an Uber/Lyft from this location.

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION

Pets allowed on a case by case basis - please check with host before check in - $90 per pet/per day
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel
$35 charge per stained pillow cover
$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover
$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning

Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.

Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you.

We also have a fleet of luxury cars that can be rented for an additional fee. We offer our guests a preferential rate when a car is combined with a property rental.

It was really clean and looked better than the pictures. There was some problems with the wifi which got resolved the next day. Neighbors also parked in the driveway which made entering and exiting the house difficult. Overall, I was very pleased during the stay.

Nice amenities but read the description completely before booking.

The home is awesome and it's outfitted with everything you'd ever need for an extended stay. The rooms are spacious and the deck is great for days with nice weather. I think anyone looking at this listing should definitely consider booking this space. There is a small detail to consider...We booked this place based on the location in the listing but later determined it's 15 minutes away from the VRBO pin. They do mention this in the description but it's buried halfway through the listing details. It's managed by a property management team and that comes with few warnings for charges for everything (including stained towels). Location aside... We had an issue where a hairdryer tripped the electrical outlet and I called their emergency maintenance line for support to leave a message. No one called back and I only got a response 4 hours later when the property management team was messaging me for checkout details the following day. Just things to consider when booking at this location.

We were looking for a place to stay near Venice Beach and this place was listed as 580 Washington. Unfortunately in reality the place is located at 11743 Avon Way. We specifically needed somewhere to stay close to our friends so we could walk everywhere. The property manager didn’t tell us the correct address until it was too late to change the reservation. The place overall was fine. Up to date and modern. Clean. But the bait and switch on location really spoiled our short trip to SoCal

Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.

Great place to stay with easy access to westside of LA

I stayed with my husband, son and my sister. The place had enough room for everyone to spend time together as well as to take their own space. It is walkable to two neighborhood coffee shops. My son was able to walk to retrieve us dinner from LA Vegan (we tipped him instead of ordering through Grub Hub). The roof top deck has a great view of the city. There was good water pressure in the showers. It is great to have your own parking space in the garage, which makes loading and unloading easier.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place worked perfectly for my friends and I. It’s a very well-appointed property. The property manager was very responsive before and during our stay and answered any questions. They also provided very clear checkin and checkout instructions in a timely fashion. The place is on a quiet residential street, we heard very little traffic noise. The location worked great for us to go hangout in Venice or Santa Monica, and it was very easy for us to get to SoFi Stadium for our concert too.

Vacation cut short: Son flew back home midweek due to nonworking WiFi, could not work remotely. Safety:Management staff gave security codes to random WiFi technician without my consent. Stress: Risk of being stuck & miss morning flight home because management did not address problem with gate to garage. Discomfort: rooftop heater did not work properly. Only put out slightly warm air. You must stand on a chair to manually press a button each time you want heat.
