Clean Room. Location Excellent close to Venice Beach and all Activities. 8 min from Trader Joes. Kitchen is good for basic cooking. Living room is spacious. Good for a couple. I had my kids; the host was responsive shared an air mattress. Great restaurants nearby walking distance. Nice coffee machine. Best part is the living room with beautiful view.

This building has all the amenities and super-close to the beach. The unit is a very large one bedroom with the most spectacular view of Venice and the beach/ocean and mountains. Incredible sunset view!

Nice condo with beautiful views!

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view of the Venice area and coast. A few minute drive to the pier, resturants, and walking distance to the marina. 30 minute drive to Universal, and 10 minute drive to Santa Monica pier. Host provided easy check in instructions, and accommodated our needs. Highly recommend is property to stay!

Great views from spacious 1 BR

Nice golden hour sunset views from the balcony and the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Not luxury though so don’t set your expectations too high. Only one elevator working most of the time in the tower and the condo is on the 12th floor so don’t plan a hasty get away.

Not what it seems!

We had a quick 2 day trip to LA and decided to stay here based off the reviews. Although I wish we would have spent a few hundred dollars more and stayed somewhere else. This place is not what it seems at all! I don’t think they hire a cleaning company. The walls were so dirty as well as the floors. I keep my own house cleaner. The whole building smelled horrible especially in the hall ways. Only one elevator works and it shakes the whole time. We were given a number to text to get into the parking garage and no one every responded. They forgot to leave the garage opener and delivered it while we were out. Come to find out they delivered it to the wrong apartment. We had to go to the other apartment in the same building to go get it. Late in the day we were stuck outside the garage and was told by another tenant the garage door broke and we had to go around. They said an email was sent to the whole building in the morning yet no one ever mentioned it to us. We were stuck outside for 20 minutes. The ocean view is not even really much of a view. It’s a very small view if you go all the way to the left of the patio. It was not worth it for us to have these problems on a 2 night stay. The owner was very nice, but at the end of the day due to those problems we would not recommend or stay again.

Spacious apartment, great view

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment is very spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. The building is a bit of a maze to navigate, and we didn't have a car but still had to enter/exit through garage. Location is great - especially if you have a car! The host had made up the queen mattress bed so our daughter had a very comfortable stay too! Would stay again.

Great MDR getaway spot with fab views

I stayed here for a work trip so I could be near my gyms and have a kitchen. Apartment was cozy and clean and had all of the kitchen needs and amenities. Washer and dryer came in clutch for the rainy weather we had all week. Having covered parking was also super handy as well. Location is fabulous, as you're walking distance from everything on the westside. Great place to stay!

Fun in Venice Beach

We had a good stay at this property. It wasn't overly fancy, but it was well represented in the pictures. The beds were really comfortable! The view was beautiful. We were in town for the National Championship game, so we didn't use the apartment for much of anything except sleeping, but it was nice to have a little extra space, and really nice to have a covered parking space since we were in CA when it decided to poor! It was very convenient to Venice Beach. We had delicious breakfast burritos at Thomas around the corner. We rode scooters down to Santa Monica which was fun and easy. All in all, it was a great location for our trip to LA.

Quick trip for a Rams game

Incredible view of Venice and Santa Monica! We spent 2 nights at the unit and 3 adult men were very comfortable. Quick walk to the Venice pier to watch people surfing and countless bars/restaurants within walking distance. Did I mention the view!

Great location

Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony, walking distance to everything (if you consider Santa Monica pier 3 miles away a walking distance, I did). Very comfy beds with soft bedding, oversized sofa great for movie night. Communication with the host wasn’t the greatest. The day of arrival I asked for check in instructions three times….. Overall I would recommend the place. It wasn’t luxurious by any means, I’d say it was pretty basic with a beautififul view, but nice.

This is NOT a Luxury Property

Although the manager Natalie seems nice, it is not fair to falsely advertise a mediocre property as luxury. Too many issues to list but the big ones: clogged sink and slow tub that required a plumber. Sink continued to gurgle after this so Ithink this is a chronic problem. Dirty dishes and caked on coffee in coffee pot. You can hear neighbors on both sides ( a balcony and a window) till wee hours of the morning. The entire property is an large, older, poorly planned maze that is difficult to navigate into and out of. (Uber drivers confirm they often have difficulty picking up at this complex) Check in is unsafe as they leave the door open with keys on the dining table. ( there is no front desk to pick up keys from sooo NOT a luxury property.)You will be unhappy is you spend more than $100 staying here.

We were so happy with this apartment! Especially the balcony-- from the 12th floor the view is expansive. Easy walk to Venice Beach. We even walked all the way to Santa Monica beach one day. Had a great stay!

Fantastic Service and View

Just as advertised, the view in this place was breathtaking and so much fun to watch the sunset every night. The service was also amazing, Liv and Natalie were super responsive and helpful - even ordering a coffee pot for me and delivering it overnight when the one at the property had a chipped lid. I spent a month at the place and enjoyed every minute!

Fantastic view. Very accommodating host.

Fantastic panoramic view of Santa Monica bay. Great place for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. The host was very accommodating and communicative about last minute changes to schedule and maintenance requests.

Great view and nice property

Place was great. There was a small issue of keys for garage that was eventually resolved, but the property can be a tad confusing for getting in and out of since it's a large property. Communication was excellent however and appreciated the level of communication for the minor issues I had. Thanks again!
