The basics were available in kitchen and bathrooms: soap, shampoo, detergent, dishes, bowls, glasses. There is an upstairs unit. I could hear footsteps and movements but nothing unreasonable. I met the upstairs tenants the last day. Very nice family.“

No electric outlet in master bathroom. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I should be compensated for this rental in all my rentals by far the worst.“

The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere. „The property is immaculate and beautiful. Right across from the water in Long Beach or the park out front.. the backyard has a huge cabana with barbecue and couches, the spa is very hot and enclosed, the kitchen is well appointed for cooking and eating. I highly recommend the property.“
