Man muss sich halt bewusst sein, es ist ein sehr hohes Haus und damit viele Treppen :) WLAN gibts da oben leider nicht mehr ....“

„Fantastic service from the owners, they made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and that was coupled with a great view. Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need.“

Als wir wenige Tage später das Ardwyn House betraten, fühlten wir uns, als ob wir nun selbst in einem solchen wohnen würden. Wunderschöne, detailverliebte Einrichtung. „We spotted this stunning property and looked no further. The house did not disappoint, grand and full of character. The only thing with more character is Steve the owner, what a wonderful helpful Gent he is. He's truly worthy of a visit! I guess if he has room free you could try staying a couple of nights or so as we did! „Small and neat,close to train station and a Tesco that sells petrol,very friendly host ,room small but has everything,would come again( in fact I did ,this is my second time)“

„Sauberes Zimmer und sehr ruhige Lage. Alles top in Ordnung. Auf Nachfragen wurde prompt reagiert. Nur drei gehminuten entfernt ein netter englischer Pub in dem wir ganz hervorragend gegessen haben. Sehr zu empfehlen!“

„The owners of the B&B were extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us some excellent advice. The room was clean and comfortable and fine for one night. However, we were woken at 6.30 am by what I think was a door banging in the wind which was frustrating as we had a long drive ahead of us. And no breakfast was offered at all due to corona virus rules but I understand that room service could be offered so I wonder whether a continental breakfast could be offered in the rooms?
