The room and hotel is outdated. The room had a strange smell maybe because of the old carpet. This should be changed! We were happy to leave after one night. Wouldn't recommend.

This property is located at an easily accessible part of town. A young gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was courteous and helpful. My room was a standard but was very clean room.

A well cared for Super 8 as of this writing. Great overnight stay just off I-81. Clean room, newer beds very comfortable, crisp clean sheets, recently painted, new fridge, microwave and rug. New tub surround and bathroom clean. Newer white towels. Staff all smiled and friendly service. Breakfast was continental. Walk to McDonald's next door. Great value especially for Canadians for a shorter getaway. Stay and check out shopping and nearby restaurants. We will be back! Keep up the great work Super 8!

Overall, a decent hotel. Located right next to a gas station and McDonald's. Not far away from highway and the mall. Room was clean. However. the conditioner wasnt filled before hand so i didn't have much. Other than that it was good. Comfy bed. Better than alot of super 8s

My brother and I stayed for one night while we were in Syracuse for a concert. Check-in was easy and the room was exactly as advertised. The beds/bedding were clean and the shower, toilet, and sink worked perfectly. The only thing that was mildly annoying was the WiFi - it kept logging my brother and me out but it wasn’t really an issue for us since we have unlimited data. Overall I’d definitely go there again if I’m in the area!

Great value. Staff were all very friendly and patient. Our room was right across from the elevator, and everytime the elevator door opened or closed, the door to our unit would shake loudly. AC unit is very loud, wasnt a problem for our kids, but might impact others. The location is unbeatable for the price. Def would stay here again. Beds were very comfortable as many memtioned. And we had plenty of hot water.
