Discover serenity and comfort at this 3-bedroom home in the heart of the Village Residential area of Lincoln. Step into the yard and immerse yourself in your own cozy oasis. Relax in the saltwater hot tub, letting your worries dissolve beneath the stars. With ample outdoor seating, it's the perfect spot for unforgettable evenings with loved ones. Inside, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, while plush beds ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Walking distance to downtown Lincoln and minutes away from NH's White Mountains.

In addition to the other spaces we have photographed, there is a wonderful front porch where you can enjoy the view of the neighborhood. We recommend using the porch for your morning coffee or tea (you will notice the birds like to join you in the shrub next to the porch).

Our house is walking distance to lots of local restaurants, shops and a grocery store. On a beautiful and warm evening, this is a great benefit!

The neighborhood homes have small yards and are very close together. In order to stay in harmony with our neighbors, we do use a noise decibel monitor near the hot tub to help us ensure quiet hours are honored.

The White Mountains holds a special place in our hearts and we love to share our recommendations with guests. Please feel free to reach out us directly through VRBO messaging with questions you may have during the booking process.


There is free parking for 2 cars in the driveway. During the spring, summer and fall, we do allow a 3rd car to park on the grass, next to the driveway. In the winter, if there is snow on the ground, this 3rd spot is not an option. Unfortunately, there is no on-street parking allowed.
