The Space:

You'll surely enjoy your next adventure to the Oregon Coast at this home in Lincoln City! This property boasts a beautiful location close to the beach, an outdoor patio with a gas grill and dining area, and even a private hot tub to help you relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In this quiet neighborhood of Lincoln City, you can head over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access a quarter-mile west to find long stretches of sandy beach to explore in either direction. You'll also be close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment. Take a short drive three miles south to shop at the Lincoln City Outlets, or visit the Chinook Winds Casino less than a mile north, where you can even get in a round of golf.



Inside, this home includes a game room with a foosball table, as well as a separate studio with its own bathroom that creates an ideal setup for multiple or extended families.



Please note: The game room and the third bedroom with the second full bath are not connected to the main house and have a separate entrance through the garage. Please plan accordingly to ensure this layout fits your group’s needs. The door to access this separate space is located on the side of the garage.

Accurate listing on VRBO... all the posted details are accurate. The "mother in law room" was perfecr for our group, allowing the only married couple in our group stay ample privacy in the evening.Great location for walk to the beach or casino, and quick drive to supermarket.Ample parking, large hot tub, and spacious "game room" for playing cards intonthe evening.The kitchen was VERY well equipped, with a great stove, fridge, and well equipped to easily cook large meals.Communication was easy during the stay, and the local management team promptly and professionally replying to any questions or observations we had/shared.Would strongly recommend staying here.

Overall the stay was wonderful. It was a relaxing experience having a private hot tub on site. The house is cozy and had basically everything you would need for a short or extended stay. The only downfall was the electronic lock system. We were unable to gain entry on day 2 through the rest of our stay. I tried using the chat feature, as it was claimed to be the best way to reach the host, but did not receive a response for an hour so I decided to call the customer service number (This is the only reason for a 4 star). Once I as actually able to reach a representative, they provided swift resolution in the form of giving me access to a physical key that I would need to use for the remainder of our stay. She did state they were in the process of switching to electronic locks in all properties and are still working out the bugs. Lastly, in terms of communication, there are no check out instructions listed that I could find, even though there is a header for check in and out instruction. Anyway, thank you for the amazing atmosphere and amenities. This was the first time we have been able to get away in awhile and it didn’t disappoint.

All the rooms were clean and supplied with vacation necessities. bumper-pool was fun and we brought dice. Cards and foosball were there but we didn't have time. The hot tub was so nice.

Keypad for front door is faded and hard for old eyes! The code was not right for the other portion on the house! After going out to do laundry we were able to get the other key with help from management! Not a bad place!

Nice stay but price for the house and location

The house was nice and very clean , a bit smaller that the pictures showed, but enough space for six people. Easy communication with the Property manager. But gave us 0 flexibility with late check out . The check out is at 10:00 am very early for a vacation weekend . the regular check out For most rentals and hotels is 11 or 12 . We ask for a bit late check out the answer was “ NOT” I bit disappointed with this . It is a shame that VRBO allow others bussiness like Vacasa to use their plataform for vacation rentals , that practice just increase the price for the rental with not extra services at all . Anyway it was a nice weekend overall but a bit price .

We especially like having the two separate compartments and the game room. We did need to have help with finding the electrical box and flipping a switch. The issue was quickly resolved. We would be most willing to stay again.

Nice property but some issues need fixed.

Lovely home and strives to gove you entertainment options. Hot tub was not functioning but the are refunding part of our stay. Electric issues in the kitchenette and plug ins of the back room did not work. But overall it was lovely and met our needs!! Would benefit from some extra towels.

A fun weekend getaway

This house was spotless and well maintained. Though the layout of the house is unusual, it proved to be a perfect place for the teens and adults in the group to have separate spaces to hang out. We accidentally locked ourselves outside at one point and the management company was very responsive and got us back inside quickly. A fun stay at the beach!

Wecoma Beach Retreat

This was a very comfortable and enjoyable home to stay in for a long weekend on the Oregon coast. The location was great; in a nice, quiet neighborhood and about a 5 minute walk to the beach and dog friendly which is a huge plus for us. The beds were all very comfortable; and a large game room, laundry room, and separate bedroom with its' own small kitchen area and bathroom was great for a group of 5 people. The large covered, back-patio area with the hot tub and heater was the icing on the cake and made for a great, relatively private area to relax morning and night. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay and I would recommend to friends for sure.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay with our two pups. Hot tub was great with the cold evenings. There was no coffee pot when we arrived and Tim, their maintenance person, brought us a brand new coffee maker right away. He was very nice. There was also a small ant problem in the studio, which we reported. Overall, it was very comfortable and we'd stay again in this quirky rental!

Fantastic and cozy place

Loved the set up and the details, thank you for supplying us with plenty to cook with, clean with. Appreciated having the back space to ourselves. Game room and hot tub were just bonuses to the comfort and cozy that is offered here. The renovations and updating don’t go un-noticed here, someone has taken the time and money and made this place a great little vacation spot. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. Thanks

Our weekend get-a-way

This house was small but beautiful. The 3rd bedroom was attached to the house but had a separate entrance. Was like a little apartment, super cute. There were a few minor issues we found when we arrived but I messaged the management company and they were very fast to respond and address the issues. We were very pleased with our stay.

Enjoyed stay but a few small issues

Problem finding and unlocking lockbox of key. Found that one bedroom was a studio with separate outdoor entrance. Only had one key that worked , but maintenance man provided an extra. Porch light was burned out. One bedroom was missing the overhead light/ fan remote control. The place was well stocked with personal items and kitchen necessities.
