Zentrales Altstadthotel, neu renoviert.
Zentrales Altstadthotel, drei Häuser vom Plaza Mayor entfernt. Eingang etwas schwierig zu finden, Treppenaufgang. Altbau, neu renoviert. Hotel Managerin spricht perfekt Englisch und bemüht sich sehr um die Gäste. Ortsübliches Frühstück. Karten Zahlung problemlos möglich, auf Nachfrage Wäscheservice.

Nice boutique hotel 3 doors from the best historical square in Peru. Great value, breakfast available locally from 730 am. Don't go to Miraflores, it's not real Lima.

I didn't got my room because my flight arrived with delay in the evening and the reception rented my room to a couple in need of privat time.....maybe for a couple of hours only... and I was moved to another hotel far from the square, nice... thank you!

Not fancy but okay for a night or two
Hotel on dark side street Not much to look at but it's a stones throw from main square. Due to late flight we arrived at 4am Nice man let us in to room immediately and we did paper work I am. Room small but clean especially bathroom. Lots of hot water, good pressure . Overall place abit worn Breakfast average for budget hotel. Compared to price of other hotels in Lima this is good value for price. One tip if you need to leave early in am make sure they know in advance as door street was locked still at 530 when we had to go to catch bus.

The location was great, except that it wasn't: steps from the central plaza of Lima, but the new mayor has decided this area will be pedestrian, so no taxi access; you have to haul your bags a block or two to get to the cab, and traffic to that point was awful. Housekeeping was mixed; fine the first night, spotty the second, and they failed to show for our last day there. There was only one English speaker in the hotel, but when he wasn't there, we made do with Google Translate. Breakfast was simple, but quite good.

The location is perfect for being in the old town, right by Plaza Mayor and the pedestrian streets where there are loads of shops and cafes. The room had no proper window but was perfectly fine for sleeping, as while in Lima there's lots to see and do. The breakfast was good with freshly squeezed orange juice and warm buns, and good coffee. Nice staff too.

Great service
It was really central and it was easy to walk everywhere. Really good service, this girl Melissa speaks fluently English and can help you with all your questions. The room had no window and that was the only downside but overall definitely worth a stay. Cheap, clean and only 20sek from the main square. And thumbs up for Melissa!

Booked a stay here through Expedia. Upon arrival late at night after my flight they say they made a mistake and gave my room to someone else. I then had to last minute around midnight go around looking for a new hotel with availability. Get your stuff straight !

Blink and you'll miss the entrance
Blink and you will miss the single width doorway which is the entrance to this small hotel just 20 metres from the Plaza de Armas. Book Rm 301 and if you can stand the traffic noise - if you're present on a festival day - your room's window will give you a great view of the processions which will go by below. Friendly relaxed staff - good breakfast delivered to your room if you want it and the wifi was mostly ok

Best position. Very helpfull staff
Best position on the corner of the central square, to which we had view from our window. Very friendly and helpfull staff, they helped us to find the right bus for our further journey and they brought the breakfast to our room, which was very nice. If you want to stay in the very middle of Lima, we recommend this hotel.

Disappointing hostel by the Central Square
In the photos, the "hotel" looks nice (yes, in Expedia it shows as a hotel but it is actually a hostel). When you get there you will find an unpleasant surprise. The pillows feel they are filled with newspaper, the sheets look 10-years-old with stains that reflect their long life. Would not recommend this hostel at all. Not even from a price perspective, because it isn't cheap given what you can find on better places of the city for the same price.

Em nossa reserva solicitamos um quarto para tres pessoas. Mas nao recebemos o quarto esperado, sendo que nos foi entregue um quarto com apenas uma cama de casal. A minha sogra ficou sem ter onde dormir. Tivemos de solicitar uma cama extra, que foi carregada escada acima por um funcionário (que veio horas depois, por estar almocando) e montada (com um pouco de barulho) no quarto. Tambem tivemos de solicitar um ventilador, pois o quarto nao tinha ar condicionado e nem ventilador. Nao tinha frigobar. Nao tinha senha de wi-fi (pois tivemos de pedir duas vezes). A relacao custo-beneficio nao foi boa.

Отель расположен практически на центральной площади. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Персонал очень приветливый. Шустрый интернет. Номер был маленький, но не тесный, чисто, кровати удобные, состояние номеров отличное. Из принадлежностей в ванной только мыло. Фен по запросу. Окно условное)) т.е дневной свет в него виден и все, оно выходит во нутренний колодец , но все пристойно. Завтраки ну очень экономные. При заезде надо отметить что вы будите. Из предоставленного списка и исключить то не чего))) . Но для начала дня достаточно. Лима контрастный город. Одного дня для осмотра больше чем достаточно, у нас осталось ещё время на адоптация к разнице во времени. Такси в аэропорт стоит 75солей, из аэропорта максимум 90, но начинают с 200. Цену сбиваем как дома ))) Еда понятная, рядом полно закусочных 50-70соле на двоих за плотный ужин с вином. Или рестораны на площади 120-160 , сивиче и прочее с писко, на двоих. Местные предупредили , дальше 4х кварталов от площади лучше не ходить, опасно, ну да по дороге из аэропорта все понятно.

Location excellent
If you aren't high maintenance and are looking for a convenient location at a decent price, this is a good bet. Be ready for plenty of traffic noise, honking, and other street noise if you are in one is the outward facing rooms. We were able to haggle down the price because we were told we had to vacate our room by 8am due to a SNAFU with booking through Expedia (which we are learning is not uncommon in Peru). In the end, we didn't have to check out early after all and were told we could stay til regular check out time.

Basic but in a great location
This is a pretty basic hotel but in a fabulous location right in plaza mayor. The staff were friendly but did not speak English. My room was a bit weird with the window opening on to a hallway - but there was a curtain and a good fan and I slept well

事前にナスカ行きのバスチケットを予約してほしいとメールで連絡し返事ももらっていたが着いてフロントでバスチケットは？というと聞いてない様子。スペイン語しかできないみたいで話が通じずメール相手と思われる人物に電話しているようだがなかなか捕まらず、電話がつながってみたら手配していなかった。今から買いに行くか(夜10時半過ぎ。危なくて出れるか！)PCでやれと言う。なんでとってないんだ、と怒ると電話をガチャ切りされ、仕方ないのでフロントのPCでやろうとしたらフロントは気はいいが使えないひとで結局できず朝バスステーションで買うはめに。その日はそのせいで夕食は食べれずじまい。モーニングコールとタクシーを頼んでいたがタクシーは時間通りに来ない。 部屋のドアは謎のコツがいり開かない。 お湯は接触が悪く出たり出なかったりする。 立地だけは最高。

Central location but be ready to lose sleep!
When we first arrived in Lima we stayed in the quieter neighbourhood of Miraflores. Upon 2 weeks of traveling Peru, we decided to stay in Downtown Lima---to be walking distance to the Plaza Del Armas (Main Square). The convenience of being a few steps away from a major tourist attraction was lovely but the traffic and constant honking at night translated to frustration and ZERO sleep. The honking is unbearable and does not stop. It goes through all areas of the night so be prepared for that if you choose to live in central Lima downtown.

Great location if you want to visit downtown
Walking distance from a of Lima's downtown attractions. Staff is very nice which is hard to find in Perú. The rooms are very old and kind of uncomfy. Beware that Lima downtown is not safe we were extorted by the police!

The location made travelling very convenient for us. The hotel room was lovely and clean. We love how we got to check off the things we wanted for breakfast and have them delivered to our room. The staff is very friendly.

また泊まります。
ミラフローレス(新市街)よりリマらしさを感じる旧市街に移って正解。スタッフがそれはそれは親切で一生懸命でした。旧市街の危ない場所、夜は行ってはいけない場所等、地図を使って丁寧に教えてくれたので過度に不安にならずに街中をじっくり楽しめました。ツインで予約したのですが広い4人部屋をくれたので室内も快適でした。室内でのwifi、お湯のシャワーも問題なかったです。場所もアルマス広場まで歩いて10秒！という便利さ。朝食は部屋に持ってきてくれますが、パン、コーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、ヨーグルトだけのシンプルなもの。
