Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel. Con respecto a esta última quiero decir que el desayuno estuvo estupendo y el servicio. Con respecto al front desk tengo una recomendación, y es que tiene que haber una mejor comunicación entre turnos para completar los servicios. Quiero felicitar a Javier que muy gentilmente me aclaró ciertos inconvenientes que ocurrieron durante mi estadía. El hotel tiene mi respaldo para una próxima ocasión en Peru.

Mis únicos dos puntos malos fueron: 1) que había mucho ruido de tránsito, que sé que no es atribuible al hotel, pero podrían instalar vidrios antirruidos y 2) que el buffet del desayuno lo atendían una empleada y otro emplado muy parsimoniosos, que aunque les dijimos, por ejemplo, que faltaba huevo, prefirieron picar más sandía, de la que ya había mucha ya preparada y dispuesta, es decir, hicieron lo que querían y no lo que necesitábamos.

I’m not pleased with the way things are handled at this hotel. We had 2 beds which sleeps 4 but I had to pay for a 3rd person? I travel all around the world and never had to pay per person at a hotel.. you reserved the room for up to 4 people. I’m unhappy with this and also unhappy with the way the staff handled it. Also not allowing guess is also unfortunate. I will never come here again.

the hotel was excellent include almost items, location, room cleaning, breakfast, check in staff, convenience and so on. however one things break my mind was, I was asking the girl who working in the frond desk for a taxi service on next day morning to airport. the girl gave me a price 20 sol and told me they will accept sol only. I went out and exchange 40 sol on the day evening to prepare the taxi payment on next morning. When I check out next morning, the man at around 50 years old in the front desk take me to the garage on the first floor - a car parking there. He told me that is my taxi. the car drove us to the airport. I paid for $20 sol plus 3 sol tips to the driver. but the car driver wont let me go. he ask for $20US dollars or 80 sol. that was really bad feeling I experienced in Lima Peru. after I argue and show him my only 40 sol. the driver robbed my sol from my hand total 33 sol and left while saying bad words. that was not a good experience in my life, and either Hotel Diamond Lima. I think so. by the way, from location, price, breakfast, room cleaning, check in/out, facilities, convenience, the hotel diamond Lima are perfect. but if you ask me will recommend to friend, absolutely No.

Centralt beliggende i gamle bydel mellem Plaza de Armas og Plaza de San Martin. Personal venlig og hjælpsomme. Værelse fint senge gode og dejligt varmt vand. Lidt bystøj i værelse ud mod gaden men helt fint med os.

The property is nice, and staff are good. Keep in mind, it is not located on a calm area, as the surroundings of the building are very noisy. The hotel is kind of controlling to its own guests, as no one is allowed to bring in guests to the room, and must leave the key before leaving.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Lima. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. This hotel is close to everything. The only drawback is the street noise…starts early morning and ends late at night.

Excelente ubicacion, parada de bus y taxi en frente, justo ql lado de Jiron. Supermercado a pasos, muchos restaurantes cercanos y a 7 minutos del centro (Plaza de armas). Lugar con lo basico para quedarse, esta en buenas condiciones y limpio. La oferta del buffet para desayuno es muy pobre, desayunamos un dia y no volvimos. Fuera de esto es una gran opcion con excelente precio.

Buena relación costo beneficio
Muy buena relación costo beneficio. Ubicado en el corazón de lima. Todas la comodidades, habitación cómoda, cálida, con todo lo q necesitas, muy buen desayuno, la recepcionista no fue muy amable, tampoco descortés. Solo q la vía es muy activa y es posible q en fin de semana haya mucha vida nocturna y tengas ruido, estábamos en el piso 6 y fue muy ruidoso.
