The pillows smelt like body odor and the staff was not friendly. Breakfast was super poor quality and not nutritious

Perfect hotel, perfect location. Breakfast had good selection. Car park was safe leaving the car.

Crisp white sheets and plenty of space in comfortable space. Handy kitchenette a bonus Couldn't fault it for the price, would stay again when breaking a journey in Lille.

Cowool Lille Villeneuve D'Ascq - Ex Olivarius
One member of staff, a bearded one, wearing a sweater, was so rude and obnoxious. A scary experience. On the other hand, the other staff members were kind and supportive I have to admit.
