The only thing a renter may need to be aware of is the home is an upstairs apartment. When I read the listing I thought it was a house. On the pricey side considering the age of the units but the backyard, water access and view is what you are paying for. Great location to access things. We really enjoyed!“

Those stairs will cause an accident and made that area unusable but we were not provided with a refund for this overcharged ...
