„First and for most the cleaning fee was 100% reasonable, and then the host didn’t expect me to clean the house before leaving. This. Is.Huge! And made check out so simple!!!! They had lots of the necessities that you often have to buy such as dishwashing soap, even laundry detergent, lots of TP etc…so no need to make a trip to the store for that such an extra bonus! „Beautiful home, well equipped kitchen, and easy walk to town. Home was very comfortable and owners made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.“

„The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.“

„The house is very close to the Rupp Arena. The owner was quick to respond to questions and the house was clean. The neighborhood looks a bit “rough” but the looks were deceiving. It was very quiet. I would definitely stay again!“

„We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a nice historic neighborhood close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. It was clean and the space was great for hanging out and enjoying our time together. A couple of issues: the shower in the main bedroom was hard to operate and the water pressure was low. We all used the hall bathroom for showers. Also worth noting, the pictures on the website do not match the current decor. However, overall, it was great for our visit.“

„Such an adorable house. We were looking for a rental that had history not something newer. This bungalow surprised us. Oozes charm! Close to everything. Backyard is very large, house is clean and beds were comfortable. We had such an enjoyable time watching people go by and chatting with neighbors on the front porch. Thank you for sharing this gem!“

„This house is perfect no matter what your plans. Centrally located, it’s close to UK, short drive to Keenland or Rupp Arena. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard was fenced which was a bonus, as my big lab travels with me. I slept like a rock, so I give A+ for the mattress. Allen was a wonderful host, answering e mails promptly. When in Lexington, I’ll always check for availability here. Highly recommend.“

„This place was more then I expected! The host, Carlos was awesome. Any time I had a question he was right there with a response. Talk about amenities, I ran out 1 time in 4 days. Door dash worked great to get food when we werent cooking what we brought. My intention was to let my husband relax in a hot tub for birthday and eat good food undisturbed and thats exactly what we got. We brought our 2 dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect. Highly recommend staying here!“

„Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.“
