„Clean & Cute! “

„Overall, the condo complex is a little dated and run down and could use a facelift. The condo unit itself fit our needs perfectly. We pretty much needed a homebase while in the area and this worked just fine. It's cozy, but provides more space than a hotel room. For the price, it was spot on. The hosts were great. We accidently left an item when we checked out. They mailed it back to us (no charge) and we had it in just a couple of days. I would stay there again if we ever return to the area.“

„The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside ...

„Small space but it had everything we needed. Fast response from the host for 1 small issue. Some upgrades and repairs are needed but you can't beat the price.10 minutes to Buffalo Trace was a great start on a daily Bourbon hunt. DaVinci's Pizza was delicious.“

„Very easy to get around from this location to anywhere in the Frankfort area. Good parking, quiet neighborhood. As described, at a good price point. Comfortable bed, helpful to have the table under the TV to place personal items since bathroom is small.“

„The house was clean and centrally located for all of our planned activities. There was plenty of space and beds got a group of 9. There were tons of activities to do at the house. The one downside was the loft area was a little hot for sleeping.“

„This house is in a cute historic neighborhood close to the capital. Perfect for morning and evening walks. Less than 10 minutes to Buffalo Trace distillery. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!“
