Lexington's Carriage House features a renovated kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors, indoor 2 person jacuzzi tub, 2 parking spaces, smart home technology, and so much more! Located in the Heart of Downtown Lexington, guests will experience some street noise and traffic. We are just off Main Street, we have added additional insulation during renovations to cut down on any outside noise.

Guests will have full access to the property.

First Floor:
Guests will enter the property to be greeted by custom tile floors, modern smart kitchen, living room, stained glass window, exposed beams and brick, & so much more.

Living Room: Comfortably seats 6 guests. Guests will also enjoy an electric fireplace, Smart Picture Frame TV, and wireless speakers.

Kitchen: our modern and updated kitchen is all SMART. Featuring all the modern day amenities and appliances a guest would need for any occasion.

1st Floor Bathroom: Our ground level water closet features a smart commode and 2 person jacuzzi tub.

2nd Floor:
Guests will be greeted by two bedrooms. Our primary bedroom features a king size bed and smart TV. The second bedroom features two queen beds, smart TV, and mini fridge.

2nd Floor Bathroom: Features custom walk in shower, two rain shower heads, smart commode, bathroom supplies and storage for toiletries.

Guests are able to access many parts of Lexington by foot based on our location, however most guests have a personal vehicle to experience all that Central KY has to offer.

Guests will be given two parking spaces only. Parking will be located directly in front of the property.
