When you stay at Traditions on Cooper, you will be staying in the heart of Lexington. This house is located in the Chevy Chase area & just a few doors down from Kroger Field! Evenings are quiet & the neighbors enjoy walking their dogs or going for a run in the mornings. 40502 is truly on of the safest and most desirable neighborhood in Lexington, Kentucky.
Guests will have full access to the entire house. Guests will receive check in information one day before arrival.
THE SPACE
Traditions on Cooper is the dreamiest place to stay in Lexington, KY! It is located in the heart of Chevy Chase & walking distance to Kroger Field and University of Kentucky. It is also a short drive to Keeneland, Rupp Area, and all of the local favorites.

GATHER
Guests will have access to a cozy patio decorated with string lights & comfortable patio furniture. The back yard is perfect for corn hole or tailgates. Enjoy family dinner in the beautifully decorated dining room located on the first floor.

EAT
Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you may need! We keep our coffee bar stocked with K-Cups, syrups, & creamers. Looking for a stocked fridge upon your arrival? Let us know!

RETREAT
First Floor:
1 King bedroom with a memory foam mattress, smart tv, & closet space.
1 twin size bedroom with a memory foam mattress & office desk.
1 Full bathroom with tub & shower combo.

Second Floor:
2 King bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, lounging areas, smart tv's, & large closet spaces!
1 Full bathroom with walk in shower.

Basement:
1 King bedroom with memory foam mattress, closet, & smart TV.

HANG
Both livings rooms, one located on the main floor & one in the basement, offer plenty of seating areas with smart tv's and board games for our guests to enjoy.

NOTES
For extra guests, we provide a Serta Air Mattress that can be used. Please let us know if needed so we can leave out extra linens.
Lexington offers many ways of transportation including Uber, Lyft, Taxi, scooters, and busses. If you are coming in for an event or have a full day planned, let us know! We would love to discuss our party packages.
