„For the price I expected hot water and cleaning service at least once in my three days there. I had to ask for more toilet paper. I had to run the water for at least five minutes on full hot to get warm water. It was very clean and the staff were wonderful.“

„The staff was very friendly, but after checking into our room it was very warm. We turned down the thermostat and left for a few hours, after coming back it was still hot in the room. They switched our room with no issue, but we booked a king size room and were switched to a queen size room. We were also told they weren’t sure if that AC would work either! (Luckily it did). „We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals.
