Welcome to Arbio newly designed spacious apartment! Nestled in a quiet area adjacent to the bustling Annaberger Straße, this Arbio apartment offers both tranquility and convenience.

Just steps away, the beautiful Leipzig Auensee and various shopping options await, with tram connections just a 4-minute walk away. A standout feature is the spacious and inviting king-size bed.

As you enter the apartment on the raised ground floor of a multi-unit building, you will find the large 180x200 cm wooden bed to your right and a pull-out sofa bed to your left, perfect for enjoying the Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together. The dining table also doubles as a convenient workspace for your laptop.

You will have access to all areas of the apartment, including a free parking spot right outside your door.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the apartment by scanning the QR code.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
