âWe recently stayed at the Maidenâs Tower B&B in Leeds Castle, and the experience was nothing short of perfect. Staying in the Catherine de Valois Room, we were greeted with historical elegance combined with modern comforts. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that ...

âOK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra ÂŁ50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these ...
