Private Ferienhäuser in Kent

„Basic and clean room. Bathroom within the room. Good value overall. Decently located, 10min walk from the main station. Check in fully online and passport upload mandatory, which I personally did not like. Without prior online check-in no access to the rooms. Had to call the service, responded quickly and was very helpful“

„Excellent location in need of some TLC couldn’t get TV to work no instructions.“

„The house is fit for purpose. We were a three generational group and we all founf a comfortably place to spend out tume. The house is extremely well equipped. “

„Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Viel Platz, Duschen gestaltete sich schwierig wegen schlechter Temperatureinstellung. Bodendielen im OG knarzen (altes Haus). Hat Charme“

„Lovely property with ample room and stunning views. We were a party of 9 adults and the bedroom configuration was perfect. We sat out on the balcony a lot of the time and enjoyed the sunsets. The beach is a 5 minute walk and Ocado delivery to the property. Communication with the host was easy and reliable. The kitchen is small when cooking for 9 but we managed fine. I would thoroughly recommend this property.“

„Very cosy and inviting house, with a lot of attention to details and decoration. Fully equipped, spacious kitchen. Very nice and inviting living room on upper floor, with a small view to the sea. Comfortable parking in front of house. Less than two minutes walk to the sea front. Beautiful beach. Definitely a to be recommended accommodation. “

„What a lovely cozy little cottage. We loved it. So close to the centre. Cannot fault it!“

„The property was as described, clean, with all the comforts you would need. It was in a lovely setting with sheep on our doorstep. We couldn’t fault the property. It was a beautiful family friendly lodge. There was only two things that could be better and that was the sign letting you know where the property was as it’s a dark green and we drove past it a couple of times and the WiFi is not great so we couldn’t logon to Netflix but there were dvd’s we could use.Overall I would definitely recommend ...

„For a lovely house that overlooks the sea you would expect comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the views. Would have been nice to have extra crockery not just 6 of everything. Surprised beds did not have mattress protectors as mattresses were stained, particularly the front bedroom. Coffee machine leaked and two parts of the toaster did not work. Not all light switches worked either. Upstairs bathroom needed work where paint flaking. We use Boutique Retreats a lot and the house lacked their ...

„I stayed for 5 days with my best girlfriend from Italy. We had a fantastic time. The flat is cosy, comfortable and in a perfect location either if you want to enjoy Broadstairs or, like us, driving along the coast. I highly recommend it!“

„we have stayed at the Barn several times. It is perfectly positioned for our family - near the town, Sandwich Bay, and lots of interesting things to do. The property is comfortable, with an enclosed garden.“
