„Lebanon ist nicht wirklich sehenswert, das Hotel ist aber gang Holiday Inn getreu sauber und top ausgestattet!“

„No housekeeping at all in 3 days our stay. First I was told housekeeping is done alternate day then again when we asked, we were told it will be done after 3 days so no cleaning, housekeeping at all during our entire stay. We had 3 rooms booked and same thing for all of them. Breakfast also was sucks, service and staff was also kind of untrained and rude, hot water machine never worked. No hot water in the shower...In a nutshell we will never go back to that hotel.“
