Property was unclean in fact the host was still cleaning when we were supposed to be checking in at 4pm. The bed looked like someone had just slept in it, dirty socks and used towels were found on bedroom floor. When we drove up to property there was a restoration van there because the water heater was leaking into drywall and the company had fans in garage drying the drywall. Kitchen cabinets were completely off and rug upstairs was torn off, the floors were ruined, hot tub was green, and pool table was disgusting. The pictures on website do not compare to what we saw, you will be sorry if you stay here. We ended up not staying and calling VRBO, which by the way are useless. Kept saying the amount we paid was nonrefundable, even tho there was a water leak. VRBO kept trying to call the host but she would not answer. She cancelled on us anyway citing some fake house-rules and we might be comfortable staying at The Luxor. The host has all the power, even tho the house was disgusting. You’ll be sorry if you stay at this house.
