Experience Vegas in different way

We stayed at this condo for a month in Nov-Dec. We were not familiar with Vegas area but soon found that It is at the great location, very convenient to get to various tourist points. We were here to buy a new place for our retirement. Its location was helpful during our house purchase process. Neighborhood is quite. The condo is safe in a gated community. Inside, it is very well maintained and clean. It is spacious and sensibly decorated. It has the best equipped kitchen among 4 other vacation rentals we stayed for a month each in 2024. Wi-Fi is fast and strong. There is a park across the gate where you can experience Vegas' dry and barren vibe but also see the beauty in it from the surrounding views of the mountain during sunset. We took a walk there often and enjoyed it. Sharon is a great host. She is always responsive and accommodating. She gave a very detailed instruction on check-in and other useful information on the surrounding area including where to find free parking on the Strip. I don't need a vacation rental anymore in Vegas but definitely recommend to my friends who are looking for one.

Second Stay

This was our 2nd stay at Sharon's house and it was as lovely as our first stay. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept, the house is a good size, clean and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The pool area is very nice as well. Sharon is always very attentive to your needs if you have any issues while there. We will always check out availability for this house first when planning our trips to Vegas.

Great First Home Rental in Vegas

My wife and our 2 doggers stayed in Sharon and Dave’s 3 bedroom home for 6 weeks. The place is well equipped with everything you’ll require for your stay. As noted in the description of the rental, there is construction around the property. This did not deter us from having a great time. The park across the street was a great place to walk our dogs. Couldn’t ask for better owners. Sharon and Dave were available whenever we required them to discuss our stay. We would stay again in the future.

Quiet neighborhood

Soft bed, like a cloud. Very clean and has all the helpful amenities one would need. HOA has strange rules. There is a nice park that has a sunshade cover across the street that the kids enjoy and trails around. Quiet neighborhood and gated community is a plus. Not to far away from everything you may need.

Enjoyed our 6 week stay, would stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 week stay at the condo with our two small pups! The location was perfect, easy to get to the trails, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and of course local attractions on the strip. The condo is very clean and spacious, allowing each of the 4 of us enough space to work remotely without interrupting each other. Sharon, the owner and host, was an outstanding communicator before, during and after our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, safe neighborhood

Comfortable home in a small, safe gated community. Park just across the street great for kids and walkers. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the strip. Host Sharon was so very attentive and accessible. She inquired about any special requests before our arrival and during our stay. We would certainly come again.

Highly recommend

We stayed here for a month in October. Sharon provided answers to all our questions before we booked and her detailed instructions made checking in easy. The three bedroom home was exactly as described and is well furnished and decorated. The location provided easy access to restaurants, shopping and the strip. Everything worked and we had no issues of any kind. The only small negative is the kitchen pots and pans could stand a refresh. We highly recommend this rental.

Very comfortable stay

Spacious and comfortable in a suburban area. The townhouse is very well equipped with the exception of pots and pans (they’re not in the best condition). Our host Sharon was very friendly and responsive! There is quite a bit of road construction happening in the area and it can be noisy at times.

Clean, quiet, secure neighborhood

My family and I stayed here for a month. It was a perfect temporary home for us and a plus that it has a community pool. Quiet community in a great location. We had one minor issue in the beginning but I notified Sharon and she got everything squared away immediately and had great communication with me. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely property

This property is a short Uber ride ride to the strip. Perfect! Clean and well stocked with everything you need for a long term stay. Very private. It is also close by Uber to Summerlin casinos. The host was attentive to everything we needed. Overall we had a very nice visit and would return.

Perfect home away from home!

Sharon is extremely accommodating. Shes a very pleasant person to work with. We stayed here while shopping for our own home after we moved from out of state. This property immediately felt like home. The furniture and decor makes it all feel comfortable and pleasant. In fact 1 home was for sale inside the community and we almost bought it, but that one was slightly too small for our family. The community is very pleasant. Always waving hello as you or they pass by. The hot tub, totally what the Dr ordered. The pool was warm and relaxing also. The community is gated so you feel that extra security. If my mom decides to move to Vegas, this would be the absolute perfect community and home for her to be in. And, its in a good location. 10 minutes to the strip, 15 minutes from the airport. If I lived out of the area and visited Vegas often on extended stays, this would be my first choice every time.

Nice, classy place with good owner support

The place was as-expected no problems. The community was quiet with friendly neighbors at the pool. Pool/spa always warm and in good condition. The house, furnishings, internet met all my expectations. Sharon was always available and easy to work with. The location is fine if this is the area of town you want to be in (close to airport). It is a quiet area. Would rent again.

Exceeded our expectations

We have visited Las Vegas many times so had a good idea of where we wanted to be. This property ticked all our boxes with easy access from and to McCarren, Red Rock Canyon and of course the strip We felt very comfortable and at home in this well equipped house. One of the main things we particularly liked was how quiet it was, we would certainly highly recommend this property. Finally we must say a special thank you to Angie the house manager who was very helpful and responsive in resolving a couple minor problems like showing us Brits how the tv system to worked!

Great vacation

Very nice house. We rent it for six weeks and had a very nice time. Everything was clean and in a good condition. Sharon was very helpful and concerned everything we needed for our child. The house is in a gated community and the neighbours a very nice. We had a wonderful time in Vegas and we are looking forward to rent this house again. Thank you very much.
