The Space:

This two story home is 1850 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths - 2 of which are en-suite and include a bathtub (2 bedrooms are downstairs)! Vaulted ceilings make the areas spacious and inviting. All kitchen amenities including Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, blender, toaster, and wine glasses. Washer/Dryer/Iron/Ironing board available. 2 TVs available - one in living room and the second one in upstairs Primary bedroom with two queen beds.

Guest Access:

Guests can access all areas of house including backyard with private pool. Guests have access to garage and are asked to park there when bringing their own vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby! South Point Casino has great amenities and is also only 2 miles away.



Getting Around:

There is 2 garage spaces and 2 driveway spaces for free parking at the house so you can bring or rent a car. Please do not park on the street unless all the other parking spaces are taken and you have a 5th car. Also easy to get Uber/Lyft in Las Vegas. There is some public transit by bus available if you are willing to walk to the bus stops.



Other Things to Note:

There may be a landscaper or pool guy that will stop by shortly during your stay. There are outdoor cameras at this home but no cameras indoors at all.



The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
