At 6:01 PM on the day of our check-in on 9/13/25, I received a phone call saying that a pipe burst in our room and there was no longer a room available for us. This was a major inconvenience for us. I was told there was nothing we could do about it. We had to find other accommodations at the last minute, which was not easy. The hotel told me that a refund will be issued through Expedia and that we would see it in 7 to 10 days, but I am still worried that this will not happen. I have never experienced something like this. We have stayed here in the past and have two more trips planned to stay there in the future. I just would like confirmation that we will indeed be receiving a refund.
