„This hotel is not what I was expecting.“

„We paid for a suite but condition of the room was horrible. Room smelled terrible, bathroom faucet leaked which left standing water on vanity and the door deadbolt wouldn’t retract making it difficult to lock room from the hallway side. 2-night stay but room wasn’t cleaned. Not up to Marriott standards! “

„Great atmosphere and lovely staff. Manageable size property with a very welcoming lobby space. I wish there were coffee/tea makers in the rooms, as the coffee shop on the ground floor closes mid-afternoon. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Will definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bentonville.“

„The hotel is strategically located to reach all your favorite places in Bentonville, including Slaughter Pen, Walmart, Compton Gardens, Crystal Bridges Museum, and Bentonville Downtown. The place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Pet friendly, great breakfast included, and it is pet friendly. Definitely, a good run for your money.“

„We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall. Also, we experienced waking when a minor air draft would rattle the room's door. We put one of the heavy pillows against the door to keep it from rattling. The location is excellent. „Great location right on the square. Brand new hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Enjoyed picking up coffee and lite breakfast downstairs in the mornings. Especially liked their bicycle concierge service and rented 2 e-bikes and got good trail recommendations through them. Our rooms were sizable and we enjoyed the balconies available for our 2nd floor room. Overall, outstanding hotel. Would definitely stay here again.“

„The most annoying problem with my stay was that the toilet in my room was so low that every time I sat on it parts of me were in toilet water. To say the least this was an uncomfortable and unsanitary. I’m a man of average height (5’ 11”) and proportions. I don’t think this problem is any way unique to me. „The staff was super helpful especially since we needed tickets printed at the last minute. , The room and bathroom were clean. The grandkids enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool, this was their favorite!! Home2Suites is our favorite place to stay.“

„The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. “

„We booked the room because the property had a hot tub. Got there and was told it had been closed down for more than a year but it had not come off the website. Told us we could get a refund since what was advertised was not available. We took the refund and found a hotel that had one.“

Sie konnten nicht antworten wie viel Uhr es war. Es wäre besser, Personal anzustellen, der ein bißchen Englisch kann. In Schwimmbad gab es kein Uhr.“

„Room was overall clean, but when walking in the shades in the bedroom and”living” area were down. It rained one night we were there and it rained inside our room. The fan below the window in the living room was messed up and the front of it kept coming off. Our room also never got cleaned, trash taken out, or new towels. Had to ask for them.“
