Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, decks, and yard. Enjoy private entry via smart lock, secure garage/bike storage, and driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Please note that the dock at the end of the trail to the lake belongs to our neighbor and is not accessible to our guests.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the shores of Lake Windsor and directly on the Tunnel Vision trail, our quiet, established neighborhood offers privacy and seclusion to relax and recharge in nature. While we do have neighbors, and you'll be able to see bikers from time to time zip through the trails in the backyard, from the decks you'll feel like you're in a treehouse, surrounded by towering trees, chirping birds, and all nature has to offer.



Our home is located directly on Tunnel Vision trail and Lake Windsor, but is also in close proximity to other area attractions in Bella Vista and Bentonville.

Our home is catered to those wanting to explore on 2 wheels. Take the bikes out from our property to connect to Little Sugar trails, Back 40, and more! For those arriving by car, we have ample parking for up to 4-5 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted, but our driveway is large. Lyft and Uber operate in our area, as well.
