The Villages is a 55+ active adult community, designed for full-time residents who are at least 55 years old. However, guests of all ages, including families with children, are welcome to visit and stay in the home!

If you are bringing children, a Guest/Child Pass is required for their stay. This pass allows children to enjoy certain amenities within the community and is valid for up to 30 days. The process to obtain a pass is simple, and we will gladly assist you with the details to ensure a smooth experience.
