Each cottage features its own kitchen, bathroom, living area, loft-style sleeping space, and outdoor deck. Enjoy the flexibility of four separate accommodations while spending time together on the lake, gathering around the dedicated Cottages fire pit, or relaxing on your private decks.

Your stay includes access to approximately 200 feet of shared Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront and one dedicated 40-foot dock slip, perfect for guests bringing their own boat or renting one locally.

The Cottages at Bully's Bay offer a unique combination of privacy and togetherness. Rather than sharing one large home, your group enjoys four individual cottages, each with its own comfortable living spaces and amenities.

The setup is especially appealing for extended families, couples traveling together, fishing groups, and friends who want to enjoy a lake vacation together while maintaining their own space.

Each cottage has been newly remodeled and furnished with a bright, modern design featuring clean white interiors, beautiful wood flooring, black metal accents, and updated fixtures.


Modern Cottage Living

The main level of each cottage includes a comfortable living area with a sofa, wall-mounted television, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Large windows and sliding glass doors provide natural light and connect the indoor living spaces with each cottage's private outdoor deck.

The open layout provides a comfortable place to relax after a day on the lake, prepare meals, or enjoy time together.

Each cottage has its own heating and cooling system, allowing guests to maintain their preferred temperature throughout their stay.


Private Kitchens

Each cottage features its own kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Kitchens include a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and essential cookware.

Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out on the boat or enjoying a casual dinner, having four separate kitchens provides added flexibility and convenience for your group.


Loft-Style Sleeping Accommodations

Each cottage features an open loft-style sleeping area overlooking the main living space.

The lofts have vaulted ceilings, large windows, and updated furnishings, creating bright, comfortable sleeping accommodations.

Each cottage also includes a sleeper sofa on the main level for additional flexibility.

The loft-style layouts are ideal for families, couples, and groups looking for the charm of a traditional lake cottage with modern conveniences.

Please note that the loft sleeping areas are open to the living spaces below rather than fully enclosed bedrooms.


Private Decks & Outdoor Living

Each cottage includes its own private outdoor deck with seating and views toward Lake Winnipesaukee.

The decks provide additional space for relaxing, enjoying morning coffee, reading, or spending time outdoors.

Outdoor dining furniture and grilling areas make it easy to prepare meals and enjoy the fresh New Hampshire air.

LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE WATERFRONT & BOATING

The Cottages are part of a Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront property offering approximately 200 feet of shared shoreline, an updated dock system, and a waterfront deck.

The cottages are located directly across Weirs Boulevard from the waterfront, with convenient access to the shoreline, docks, and lake amenities.

Your reservation includes one dedicated 40-foot dock slip, making The Cottages a great option for guests bringing their own boat or arranging a local rental.

Spend your days boating, swimming, fishing, paddling, or exploring Lake Winnipesaukee's islands, marinas, restaurants, and attractions.

Additional dock space may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

The waterfront, docks, and shoreline deck are shared with other Bully's Bay guests. The four cottages, their designated decks, and the Cottages fire pit area are reserved for your group's private use.
