„What an Amazing Place!!! We stayed in the "Treehouse Cottage" it was such a cool spot up in the pine trees! We felt like we were out in the woods all by ourselves yet only a 2 minute walk to the river/beach. The fire pit and grill are located perfectly so you can grill while have a nice fire going. The cottage was very bright peaceful, I really loved the knotty Pine. We also had great views of the Franklin dam from the balcony. Cant wait to come back again, relax enjoy nature and hopefully catch ...

„Overall great place, host couple were fantastic. No view of the lake, it does lack curtains. Very clean modern up to date, short walk to the beach. If you're looking for privacy this is not the place for you.“

„It was actually what we were looking for-quiet space to relax and sit by the water. John was very prompt to answer my questions in advance. We are looking forward to going back next summer.“

„Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.“

„Beautiful property, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Enjoyed kayaking, boating, floating and the fire pit. Area quiet and peaceful and love the view of the water.“

„Everything was great except for the pull out sofa but those things are never comfortable. Great f at pot, great location for boating and seeing a show at Bank of NH Pavillion. “

„Richard was the perfect host! The cottage was immaculate, decorated so nicely, VERY thoughtfully put together with many nice touches! „The cabin is so cute and cozy! Very comfortable. We slept great! The neighbors were very friendly and even invited us over! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The lake beach were amazing! We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The hosts are easy to contact. We will stay again! Love love the location!
