Alternatively, this villa comes with a small driveway and a further private parking space outside the villa grounds. With terracotta tiles surrounding the pool, and a white facade, this villa oozes Spanish charm. The poolside is without a doubt where you'll be spending most of your time, whilst the gated pool gives those with little ones that extra piece of mind. At 4x6m, the heated* pool is ideal for splashing around with the kids, or swimming a few lengths to keep up with your exercise.
Inside, the villa is homely, with a neutral colour scheme that keeps the villa feeling cool and airy. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is ideal for cooking up a storm indoors whilst entertaining your guests. Alternatively, patio doors lead from the lounge to the pool area, allowing you to bring the outdoors indoors. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 88cm wide. From the lounge to the patio area, there is one step down. The ground if even, with one step up to the pool area. From the front gate, there is an entrance to the terrace via the driveway. The entrance via this way is 82cm wide. The pool itself has step access. Inside the ground floor twin bedroom door is 71cm wide, whilst the ground floor shower room door is also 71cm wide. This shower room does have 1 small step into the shower tray.
