The Space:

Make your way inside this spacious, multi-level home using the easy keyless entry and be greeted with open-concept living and bright sun-drenched spaces designed and styled with your comfort in mind.



You’ll find three separate living areas within the home giving the whole family plenty of space to spread out and relax. The gorgeous sitting room features a chaise lounge that surrounds a warm fireplace, the TV room is perfect for game nights with a fun foosball table while the game room is filled with a golf/billiards floor game, bar seating and a big screen TV with and access to streaming apps on the smart TV – perfect for a movie night in.



Step through into the gourmet kitchen which comes fully equipped to handle a decadent breakfast through to a 3-course meal for the group. Everything is right at your fingertips with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. Serve up your meals at the stylish dining table off the kitchen or if you don’t feel like cooking, take the night off with countless restaurants just minutes away.



There are five spacious bedrooms within the home with each bed topped with soft, hotel-grade linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The upper level is where you will find the grand double suite with a king bed, a queen bed, an ensuite and a private balcony with picturesque views across the mountainous neighborhood.



Downstairs, the master bedroom also offers a luxuriously large king bed and its own ensuite, bedrooms two and three are filled with queen beds, bedroom four is perfect for kids with two single beds and any extra guests are welcome to use the air mattress in the living space.



You’ll find an additional central bathroom with a luxe rain shower as well as a handy half bath giving you 4 bathrooms in total making morning rush hour a breeze. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry with complimentary detergent so you can pack light and wash on the go.



Step out into the expansive yard on a sunny day and take in the gorgeous views. Here the kids can run around with plenty of space while the adults can chill out under the custom patio area with an outdoor lounge and a luxe gas fire pit for when it starts to cool down.

Guests have private access to the entire home and spacious rear yard as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 5 cars, complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and access to streaming apps on the smart TV.



The Neighborhood:

This stunning Mt Helix home is centrally located to enjoy everything La Mesa has to offer all just 17 minutes from Downtown San Diego.



You’ll be a 10-minute drive to the popular Grossmont Center where you can stock up on supplies at Walmart, window shop at the many stores, stop in for a movie at the Reading Cinemas then grab dinner at one of the many great restaurants and bars.



Also close by is the Rancho San Diego Village and the Casa De Oro Shopping Center only 3 minutes from your door giving you plenty of restaurants, shopping and café options.



For a fun day out, hike to the top of Mount Helix for gorgeous views across San Diego, Tijuana and El Cajon then stop in for a theater performance or even a power yoga class at the amphitheater further down the mountain.



Visit the picturesque Lake Murray, a favorite green space for locals. The lake is surrounded by paved trails, making it the perfect place for an evening walk, a picnic in the afternoon or exploring the water on a rented kayak.



For even more green space, make your way to Balboa Park with 1,200 acres of pristine emerald green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here you can explore 17 museums and then visit the San Diego Zoo which is always #1 on the best zoos in the world list and is definitely a must-see.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride share company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment!
