While it is our priority to ensure that our guests have an incredible 5-star experience staying with us, we are also equally committed to being great neighbors. Please read the House Rules and share them with your guests. Should you have any questions or would like clarification on anything listed, please let us know.

1. Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. If there are extenuating circumstances that require an exception to these times, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee approval. We can only confirm 24 hours in advance due to other guest bookings.

2. Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the home. There will be a $200/occurrence fine for violation. No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on property. Flammable materials are strictly prohibited.

3. This is a one-story duplex home, with a separate entrance and designed to ensure your privacy. Parties and or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after initial warning may result in your removal from the property with no refund.

4. Pet policy: We love pets, but no pets allowed. Please know that guests do book specific properties like this one because they are extremely allergic to dogs and/or cats.

5. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

6. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

7. Commercial photography and filming Not allowed.

8. Vehicles parking at the driveway; only one vehicle is allowed to park in the designed area of the driveway. Off- street parking for any additional vehicle. Commercial Vehicle, and any Vehicle that produce excessive noise, including to uninsured, unregistered vehicle, and the vehicles with oil or grace are not allowed to park in the driveway.
