Great stay with adult kids

Had a great stay in La Jolla. We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to the ocean. Took many lovely morning walks in the area. Found the location proximate to downtown and the northern beach communities. Home was clean, spacious and rooftop deck was a bonus!

Just as advertised!

This house was perfect for my family's vacation. We had grandparents joining our family of 5 and this house was just perfect for us. We used the beach chairs and it was great that a cooler was also provided to take to the beach. In addition, there were plenty of towels to for all of us. The roof deck was beautiful and provided us an amazing view of the sunset each night.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and fully stocked. The location was perfect! 
. Our only complaint was the construction and noise from the street behind the house. I know the owner has no control of that! I guess our timing just wasn’tthe best but the place and location were amazing!! We would definitely visit again 😃

Book you stay.....NOW!!!!!!

This property is AMAZING!!!!! Spacious, very clean, well appointed and super close to the beach!!! Only a 1 minute walk to sit on the sand! Gorgeous views from the roof top seating area! Beautiful kitchen, tons of seating for easy meals at home. Such great spaces everywhere in the home for the whole family! Property Manager was super responsive and so wonderful to work with! We cannot wait to book another visit. Do yourself a favor and book your stay, TODAY!!!

Nice Family Stay

The property was clean with many new amenities. The terrance area was nice, but the heat lamp needs to be repaired for the chilly evenings. The grill handle needs to be repaired. We struggled with adjusting the two second floor cooling units with one remote as it seems clear the temp setting on the report does not apply simultaneously to both cooling units in the ceiling. Soap and bathroom supplies were nice to have provided. These few items are easily to correct. Overall, the facility was as described and the experience was pleasant.

Excellent place to stay!

This was a beautiful home. We will definitely stay again. Although, there was construction directly across so there was no sleeping in but it didn’t bother us that much. We had a suburban so we did not fit in the garage but parking wasn’t an issue for us. The kitchen was well stocked But Could have used more face rags in the bathrooms so we wouldn’t have to wash every morning after getting ready. Otherwise we wouldn’t have clean linens for the night. The neighbor was very friendly and said we could knock if we needed anything. The beach was right there and it was just a short walk for a cup of coffee. Customer service was quick to answer questions and to come check a couple of things for us. Need to write the days the garbage runs so you know when to put it out. We missed it and had to leave the can full bc renters before us must have missed it also! Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Furnishings were beautiful. We had a great week and will be coming back!

We had a very nice stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Modern appliances and touches felt like home. Just steps from the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.

Beautiful well appointed property

We loved our stay here. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the floors on the main floor and balconies were quite dirty and sandy still when we checked in and we had to clean it ourselves including the balcony floors and railings. Also, we had a little trouble with one of the ac units in the guest BD upstairs but the management never got back to us in time. It is a little hard when you're going through a 3rd party property management company though- Vacasa responded in 24 hours but they said the actual house management were going to reach back out but never did. My baby was in that room so I had to really regulate the temperature in there through the night manually so it did not get too cold for him. The sofa bed mattress in the living area could use a change or needs some extra mattress pad etc- was not able to use it because was way too dated Regardless, the place is beautiful and fabulously decorated, very well appointed and the beds are very comfy. Would definitely stay here again.
