Cabrillo Hilltop #1 delivers the quintessential La Jolla lifestyle — elevated ocean views, luxury design, and an unbeatable location just minutes from the village and San Diego's most iconic beaches. This custom-built retreat occupies the lower level of an elegant multi-unit estate, blending modern style with coastal charm.

Step into the chef's dream kitchen, where sleek finishes meet functionality, flowing seamlessly into the living room. Here, plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean vistas create a space that's perfect for both relaxing evenings and lively gatherings.

The primary bedroom on the ground floor features a comfortable queen bed, TV, and spacious closet, while the loft-style second bedroom upstairs offers sweeping ocean views and access to a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor seating. The ground floor bathroom boasts a large tub, custom tile work, and modern fixtures.

With the ability to combine this home with the main residence for a 7-bedroom, 4.5-bath estate, Cabrillo Hilltop #1 is ideal for families, couples, or friends seeking both luxury and flexibility.
