This Space

There are 4 bedrooms / 5 beds ( 1 king, 3 queen and 1 queen sofa bed).

The top and lower level of the homes are the sleeping quarters. The third level features the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, flat screen tv, fireplace, private balcony, and sitting area with an ensuite bath with a walk in shower and large soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms offer queen size beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with the office. The lower level bedroom features a queen size bed, walk in closet, and full bath. This level is also where guests can enjoy the game room with a foosball table and modern gym outfitted with an exercise mirror and peloton bike.

One level up on the mid level of the home, guests can enjoy the formal living area centered around the fireplace. For entertaining, this level also has a second living area, a pool hall, wine cellar, and bar, as well as access to the deck. The pool, hot tub, and spacious outdoor lounging area are all perfect for enjoying the West Coast sunshine. Spend your evenings barbequing or gathered around the firepit. The beautiful chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook with seating for 4, with additional seating for 3 at the island. The formal dining area seats 6 and spectacular views.

A member from the Monarch Luxury Villas team will meet you at the villa for check-in and a brief tour. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 10:00 a.m. In the meantime, we are happy to help you with all of your pre-arrival arrangements.
