This freshly decorated condo, is the epitome of beach living. It is the perfect spot for your family or group to kick back and relax to truly enjoy the laid back La Jolla Shores vibe. Just a couple blocks from one of the most beautiful coastlines & family friendly beaches in the world, this La Jolla Shores hideaway has everything your group could need for a La Jolla beach adventure. Have two groups? This condo has two separate kitchenettes & entrances to accommodate each groups' privacy.

THE SPACE
The La Jolla Shores Hideaway has recently been completely redecorated with a clean, modern, beach aesthetic. The condo has been designed with two separate entrances, and two separate living areas (kitchenette, living room, bathroom) that are joined in the middle, so that if there are two groups travelling together, each can have their own privacy if desired while still being able to easily connect with the other group. Alternatively, they flow together easily, if one family/group wants to spread out in the entire area.

The front living area has a separate bedroom with closet & King size bed. The back living area has an open concept with living room area, kitchenette & King size bed all open to each other. The back living area can be closed off completely from the front area, if your group would prefer it that way, or left open to flow easily through each side. Both living areas consist of a living room with ample seating including swivel chairs, a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed, large TV with cable and Roku, kitchenette & full bathroom with marble clad, walk in shower. There is free Wifi throughout the condo.

The kitchenettes each have a microwave, sink, full/apartment size refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker & electric kettle. There is also a propane BBQ grill available on the front deck with utensils.

There is a large deck off of the front living area which has an ocean view and overlooks Avenida de la Playa. The deck is private only to your group and has a comfortable/cushioned seating area, sun lounger and propane BBQ grill.

We have boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella, beach towels & beach chairs available for your use. We also have a small selection of board games to occupy your time when you aren't out exploring the area!

GUEST ACCESS
The entire condo will be available and private to your group while you are there.

It is important to note that the condo is on the second story of the building, therefore you will need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to access the condo.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that the La Jolla Shores Hideaway is above a restaurant and right in the middle of the main part of La Jolla Shores, so there can be some background noise and music heard from the restaurant while it is open and people walking down the street. It isn't extremely loud but is definitely audible. The restaurant is open from 11am- 10PM.

Also note, that both kitchen areas are kitchenettes, so there is no stove or full size oven. We do have toaster ovens, microwaves, full size refrigerators, BBQ grill, electric kettles, etc. for cooking, warming, & storing meals.

Also, please note that two of the beds are sofa beds. One is in the main living room which is separate from the other bedrooms and one is in the same space as the second bedroom as it is set up like a studio apartment.

The Condo is on the 2nd story of the building, therefore all guests will need to be able to climb one flight of stairs to access the condo. There is no elevator available.

As required by the city of San Diego, all our guests must review and comply with San Diego's Good Neighbor Policy. We will be requesting for your email address in order to send this document as well as the stay packet prior to your stay.

Great location and place in La Jolla!

We had an excellent stay in La Jolla at Stephany’s place and highly recommend it if you like to be in a great location, close to the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and great amenities. Stephany has thought of everything a guest could need to make a stay enjoyable and she is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will would absolutely stay in this unit again and enjoyed it very much. Our kids- aged 20 and 17 also enjoyed it equally as much. The noise did not bother us at all, we did not find parking overly difficult either as well. Thanks Stephany for everything! We look forward to coming back!

We’ll stay here again.

Accommodations were lovely. Just as we expected based off of the photos. We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of food venues right outside the staircase. The walk to the beach Front was pleasant and easily manageable with three kids and a little wagon for our gear. At first, we were concerned about the nightlife being that this spot is directly above a restaurant/bar. I guess the bar shuts down at 10 PM which is totally fine for us and the noise from the nightlife was kind of fun and engaging. Our kids were able to throw a football around on the closed off street in between the restaurants, which was so fun for them. Our only discomfort was the unit smelled a little heavy of room freshener or floor cleaner, not sure what the chemical was, but we were able to air it out a bit when we arrived and the smell eventually dissipated. Obviously the housekeepers had just been there and I’m not complaining because the accommodations did feel very clean. I’d rather have it freshly cleaned than the opposite obviously lol. Loved the view and we are already planning a trip back.

Had a wonderful time!

Very cute and clean apartment on a buzzing street with lots of shops and places to eat. The host was great about responding to messages. The only caveat is that the apartment is right over a bar, so we heard music all day and until about 11pm or so (tbh I rather enjoyed the daytime song mix). The bar itself (Shore Rider) had very good food and drinks, too.

Perfect SoCal Vacation

This was an all around excellent stay in La Jolla! The apartment was so clean, the beds were comfy, the location is perfect. The neighborhood is charming with great restaurants. You can hear the music from the restaurant below, but at least it’s good music and they stop around 9:30/10 at night. It never kept any of us awake. There is no parking, but it was easy to find neighborhood parking. It was nice to have some snacks and other supplies like towels, beach toys and sunscreen. There’s a lot of activities to do nearby and easy access to anything around. It was the perfect location for our stay and we highly recommend it!

Blast at the Beach

Very convenient location in the middle of iconic shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions planning for the trip. Be aware there is no reserved parking, so arrival to drop off requires a quick car unloadinh then search for a street parking in the surrounding blocks. In the late afternoon parking spots open up as beach visitors go home and you can move your car closer

Great vacation rental

My family and I absolutely loved this rental property. It had a great amount of space, extremely comfortable beds and very clean. I think the best part about it was we have two teenagers and so they felt they had their own separate living quarters, which was great for them and us as well! We loved staying right in the heart of LJ Shores. Stephany was great to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again!

If you like LaJolla Shores, this is a great place to stay. We liked being next to places to go and eat and then only a very short walk to the beach. The balcony overlooking all the action was fun.
