„The room was beautiful & extremely clean & the view was even better. Day 3 we noticed the staff didn’t seem super thrilled to be working/serving us. The staff at the bar outside by the pool and the girl in the cafe were excellent, however staff at the desk and in the restaurant weren’t too friendly. We also noticed day 3, they had told us they were expecting like 178 people at the resort and we definitely felt that because they ran out of food at dinner and for breakfast/lunch. „El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, sin embargo, deben mejorar considerablemente el área de frutas y postres, ya que resultaba muy desagradable la cantidad de moscas presentes. El buffet de la noche no tenía rotación de alimentos; en varias ocasiones la comida permanecía igual por mucho tiempo y no se veía muy atractiva en cuanto a sabor y presentación.
