Nice and clean rooms with good basic amenities. The decor is slightly above average for this type of roadside inn with granite countertops around sink. The view surrounding the property is not good with strip mall and busy road around.

Driving up from Nevada to Olympia in a 20ft U-Haul and needed a place to stop. The price was fantastic for Cimarron Inn. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was great. Clean, friendly, great service. I was able to back the truck up to a parking spot where my room was even though I felt relatively safe it just made me feel more confident about parking there. Excellent BBQ restaurant nearby as well. Very satisfied with our stay.

Front desk lady was friendly upon arrival. Got in room. Temp was around 20 outside. No heat in room. Room heater was turned off. Temp may have been 50 degrees max. Went to bed right away to warm up. Took most of the night to warm up. Turned heater to 77. It ran all night. Bed was hard as a rock. Pretty sure advertised as having breakfast but when arrived was told no eggs or sausages. They did have boiled eggs. Not bad for the price. If not for room temp it would have been fine for the night.

Wireless did not work. Attendant could not help. The room smelled strongly of cat and strong deodorizer enough to gag you. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and no heat at all. The tile floors in the bathroom were so cold you felt like you had frostbite after going to the bathroom. Site advertised a pool but no mention that it was outdoors and closed for the winter.

This is a no frills hotel but it was quiet and restful. Walls could be patched and repainted and some work on the bathroom tiles and a deep clean would make it a standard room. It would be nice to change from styrofoam plates and bowls to paper. Breakfast was a bit more spartan than the usual fair. The only warm options were instant oatmeal, waffles and whatever could be toasted. But it was clean and the coffee was fair. For an inexpensive overnight trip it was fine.
