„Please avoid this place! It is a moldy, smelly, run down room on top of a nail salon. The person who runs it speaks no English and is very unfriendly. When I asked here if I could do laundry there she looked at me like I was crazy! She watched TikTok till 2 AM and it was loud and noisy. The bathroom was dirty. I really didn't like it andwould not recommend“

„Amazing location in the middle of town, but there is construction next door, causing noise all day. It is a basic and nice room with strong ac, and the staff was very patient and helpful“

„The staff is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and the location is quiet, some minutes to walk to the old town. I like it.“

„Good location“

„The place was ok, but details said breakfast was included which it wasn’t. When we asked the host he said the 2 dry packs of noodles was “breakfast”. No staff on site most of the day, no housekeeping or toilet paper refills. Room was clean at least and had free laundry machine upstairs, but took several cycles to get dry completely. Not very convenient area and difficult to walk around nearby. “

„Excellent place run by a kind family. Very nice budget option. Great location in the old quarter.“

„I really enjoyed my stay. Host was very kind. And room was very clean. Great location.“

„It was obvious that the room or sheets were not changed or cleaned. There was used tissue under the cover of the bed in one bed with various hairs and on the other bed there was a huge shoe print on the sheets plus hairs all over the bedding and bathroom.“

„Good location with many shops nearby“

„ I would give it 2 stars. Slept with the furniture and my luggage pushed against the door and worried about my stuff when I went out. Nothing happened so perhaps I was paranoid and it's an interesting neighborhood, very:"authentically Vietnamese " as they say. I developed some silly, Western urge to eat something "substantial " and eat it sitting in a chair, not on a stool, and probably walked 3 kilometers before I found such a place. I thought about staying longer, but that seemed silly, ...
