The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the hotel feels just like coming home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Hanoi!

The hotel itself deserves 5/5 stars, but the staff alone bring it to a well-deserved 10/5! Every single team member, from housekeeping and the kitchen staff to the reception team, is exceptionally friendly, incredibly attentive, and highly professional. A special thank you goes to Chloe, who went above and beyond in helping us plan the next stages of our journey and anticipated our every need. A heartfelt thank you to the entire hotel team for making the first few days of our trip to Vietnam ...

Fantastic hotel staff professional and friendly. Well located hotel, near the lake. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and a great rooftop bar.

Awesome Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Hanoi. The staff made the stay to an awesome experience, espacially with our 1-year old daughter. Breakfast was extraordinary with a great buffet and a la cart option. Would definitly come back!

Pool was great
